Pranayama

The practice of pranayama involves breathing techniques such as nadi sodha pranayama, sithali pranayama, ujjayi pranayama, kapalabharti, bhastrika pranayama, bramari pranayama, AnuLoma villoma and sheetkari pranayama. we teach about the science of Yogic breathing.
